Aside from the fact that the hotel is located right in front of the forest at the highway to Haghartsin Monastery and has a separate wellness center with a large pool, spa, and jacuzzi facing river and forest, Dilijazz has another great purpose.
Dilijazz is a big jazz hub in Armenia where guests stay to enjoy high-quality jazz music. If they are lucky, they have the opportunity to catch the performance of the godfather of Armenian jazz, Levon Makhasyan. We got lucky!

This 4-star hotel in Dilijan is a combination of old and modern Dilijan architecture. Dilijani Tun Hotel has everything for passive and active rest.

Dilijan Resort Hotel is located on a small hill, 20 minutes away from the Dilijan center, where visitors can admire stunning views of the town and mountains from the balconies.

I was staying in an almost century-old guest house with a wonderful retro design and a comfortable bed. Toon Armeni has an amazing summer garden with fantastic views.
The guest house is located in the city center and is easy to find.
In the territory of the facility, it is possible to find a cafe-restaurant where the guests can try Armenian traditional dishes. They can also book cooking masterclasses and lear how to make Armenian tolma, gata, stuffed pumpkin ghapama, and other traditional dishes.

What I love most about this hotel is that the guests can visit several arts and crafts venues where local masters are making products from leather, wood, silver, and more.

10. Haghartsin Hotel & Restaurant
I visited Haghartsin Hotel in the summer of 2023 with a group of friends. This hotel in Dilijan is located right at the entrance of the town after you pass the famous Dilijan tunnel and the mountain road, coming from Lake Sevan.
It’s a great hotel for families or big groups of people as well as for couples. The facility is massive and divided by the highway.
On one side is the hotel with spacious rooms, and on the other side is the river, the restaurant with open-air tables in the forest, a kids’ playground, and more. I was having my morning breakfast in one of the open cottages in the forest, and it was great.
